Autumn Wind

I bought this little 4" x 4" wooden bowl at a local thrift store with plans to adorn it with mosaic....I did this instead.

The little orange house is a cool raku bead, and the peaceful faced sun is carved in bone.  I carved out little niches in the bowl for these two pieces to sit in. 

Then I surrounded the house with greenery of little glass pebbles, and trimmed the sun face with triangular micro mosaic tiles with little golden seed beads to finish the glow.

For the tree I twisted four small lengths of wire together and formed the limbs to bend with the wind.  Lastly I added square micro tiles as leaves blowing in the autumn wind...
